Exchange, Return & Cancellation Policy – The Kast

Our standard delivery time is 3–10 working days, but we always strive to deliver orders earlier.

Exchanges and Returns
- Items once purchased cannot be returned unless found to be of defective quality.
- For return requests due to quality issues, The Kast will issue a full refund in the form of store credit, which can be used for future online orders.
- You may request a one-time exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original packaging with the invoice.
- For orders within Pakistan, if an item has been wrongly delivered (in terms of size, color, or design), customers have the right to request an exchange.
- Items bought on sale or promotion cannot be exchanged or refunded, except in the case of a defective product.
- All exchanges must be for the same product only.
- All returns and exchanges for orders within Pakistan must be sent back to the address provided by The Kast, at the customer’s expense.
- If your product is defective, please fill out the “Defective Item” form during your return or exchange process. Including photos of the defect helps us speed up the quality inspection and approval.
International Orders
- All international orders are shipped via DHL Express.
- Unfortunately, we cannot process returns or exchanges for international shipments.
- However, if an item is defective, customers may request an exchange or receive store credit for a future purchase.
- International customers are not required to send the defective product back to The Kast when processing a return or exchange.
Order Cancellations
- You may cancel your order before it is processed or confirmed by our support team.
- Once shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details.
- The Kast reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or payment issues.
- If you made an online payment, you will receive either store credit or a refund.
- Refunds are processed to the same payment method used for purchase and may appear in your bank or credit statement within 3–10 business days.
